All FIX’D Flavors orders ship from our Fulfillment Center in Seguin, Texas. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after successful payment.
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and carrier performance.

Important Product Restriction Notice
Due to state regulations, Delta 8 products cannot be shipped to certain states. We comply fully with all state and federal laws. If your shipping address is in a state where Delta 8 is restricted or prohibited, your order may be canceled and refunded. Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws before ordering.

Standard Shipping (Continental U.S. Only)
Flat rate: $15 per order
Delivery timeframe: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping rates are calculated in real time based on carrier rates at checkout.
Availability depends on location and carrier service levels. Orders must be placed before carrier cutoff times to qualify for same-day processing.
Expedited shipping is not available to:
AK, HI, PR, USVI, APO, APE, FPO, or PO Box addresses.

Free Shipping Promotions
Free shipping is not automatic and is only valid when applied through an active promotional coupon code.
Free shipping offers may change monthly and are subject to promotion-specific terms. Please review all promotional terms listed on the website before checkout.

PO Box & Military Addresses
Orders shipping to PO Boxes must ship via standard USPS and are not eligible for expedited service.
Packages sent to APO/FPO military addresses may take 4–6 weeks for delivery.

Returns & Restocking Fees
Returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus the cost of return shipping. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing and shipping may be delayed during major sales and holiday periods. Carriers do not deliver on:

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges – FIX’D Flavors
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new and unopened products are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier.
This guarantee does not apply to products with separate return terms stated on individual product pages or in official FIX’D Flavors marketing materials.
To request a return or refund, customers must contact Customer Support at 775-468-3493 or info@fixdflavors.com within the 30-day window. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
All sales are considered final after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
• Products must be unused
• Products must be unopened
• Products must be in original packaging
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received, inspected, and approved.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, incorrect, or missing items, you must notify FIX’D Flavors within 3 days of delivery. Photo evidence of the packaging and product may be required.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Lost Package Claims
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must notify FIX’D Flavors within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for replacement.
FIX’D Flavors reserves the right to deny refunds or replacements that do not meet these guidelines.
