Shipping Policy
All orders for FIX’D Flavors will be shipped out of our Fulfillment Center in Seguin Texas, within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays) of your payment processing successfully. The delivery time frame of your package will depend on the shipping method you select at the time of checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated after all discounts, including redeemed points codes and before taxes.

All orders up to $59 will ship standard delivery for a $9.99 cost (flat rate 5-10 business days)

All orders $59+ will ship standard delivery for free (5-10 business days)

On ANY order, customers can choose expedited two-day shipping for an $11.50 flat fee (weekdays only and up until 1 pm EST in order to meet carrier pick up times) *

These rates are applicable to orders in the continental United States only.

Any order shipping to a PO Box must ship standard USPS and is not eligible for expedited shipping

Expedited shipping is not available to AK, HI, PR or USVI
Where We Ship
All 50 U.S. States (except Oregon - due to legal restrictions in this state, we cannot sell or ship Delta 8 or Delta 9 products to customers in Oregon)

Includes the District of Columbia and APO / FPO military addresses.

Packages shipped to military addresses can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
U.S. Territories

Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands
We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
Expedited Shipping
Our team works to make sure that you’ll receive your packages as quickly as possible. Our expedited shipping may arrive later than expected due to carrier delays beyond our control.
APO and APE military addresses cannot select expedited shipping.
Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with your tracking information so that you may stay up to date with the delivery of your shipment.
Holidays & Sales
Shipping and processing times may be lengthened during busy sale times and Holiday seasons that create a high volume of orders. All delivering carriers do not ship on the following holidays regardless of whether you’ve selected expedited shipping:

Return & Exchange Policy
All new and unopened products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper, except for specific product guarantees as advertised on the specific Fixdflavors.com product pages and official FIX’D Flavors marketing messaging distributed directly by FIX’D Flavors. To receive a refund or to return products, please contact our customer support team at +1 (844) 307-3493 For all products over 30 days, sales are considered final.
Exchange Policy:
If any products arrive damaged or broken, or part of your order is missing, you must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery. If you receive a delivery notification from FIX’D Flavors and you believe your order was not delivered, you must notify the company in 7 days or you forfeit the ability to request a replacement.
